Apart-hotel "Diadema" contains 18 separate one-bedroom apartments, occupying 17 and 18 floors of the last tower of "First Business Houses."
Each apartment is completed and furnished in individual style, but they are united by a common conception of planning:

The living room has a full kitchen area, equipped with a sink, a filter for drinking water, microwave and ceramic hob, electric kettle, fridge, and sets of cookware, cutlery, ceramics and glassware, tea sets, bread bins and other necessities for comfortable life(per 6 persons). Living area contains a dining folding table, sofa, TV and the necessary furniture.

Bedroom is equipped with everything necessary for a rest of 2 people. Most apartments have double beds, in some are set sofas, also desks for working.

Interiors of the hotel are decorated with paintings of famous painters of contemporary and ancient art, tastefully chosen blinds and curtains and stylish ceiling, wall and table lamps.

Dressing rooms are equipped with sanitary showers. Bathrooms have showers, wash basins with mirrors, hairdryers. By residents request it is possible to install a washing machine.

There are mirrors in all hallways, cabinets for storage of shoes and racks for coats and hats.

The balconies are adapted for drying clothes, they have outdoor lighting.
For storage of large items, suitcases, top and other clothes are separate store rooms. They also are individual safes, irons, ironing boards and other necessary household equipment.

Entrances to the apartments are equipped with security alarms and video. Each residential room has five Ethernet-connector for connection to high-speed Internet, IP-telephony and Internet TV.
